Blog Note: Feedback to me since this blog has noted that I failed to highlight that RYM only exists today because of the investment of ‘blood, sweat and tears’ of local LGBT young people and one local worker (see Lismore blog), rather than just because of the work of Open Doors.  My apologies for this and thanks to the LGBT young of Mackay who invested so much to make RYM the effective, sustained project it is today.
